We want you to LOVE your purchase. Accordingly, we have a 30 day return policy with no restocking fee.  Just email us and we’ll get you squared away.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with its original product packaging (shipping packaging does not matter).  There will be no returns or exchanges for any products that have been damaged or modified by customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hilighttactical.com. We will provide shipping instructions via email. 

Important: Our return address is not the same as the return address on your package.  Please do not ship items back without contacting us first for instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect and store order information such as name, address, phone number, and email address. We do not store payment information, and we never sell customer data.  If you place an order with us you’ll be signed up for our mailing list but you can safely unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.  Unsubscribing from the newsletter will not apply to order-related communications.

In addition to the specific uses set out above, we may use information we collect about you to communicate with you, comply with any applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable terms of service, or to protect/defend our rights as applicable.

We treat your confidential data like our own.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We can not accept returns or exchanges for any damaged or modified product, unless previously disclosed and discussed.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a return, please let us know and we’ll get you taken care of quickly.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Our return policy is compliant with the EU 14 day cooling off period rules.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hilighttactical.com and we’ll see if there is something we can do to get it moving.

WARRANTY

HiLight Tactical warrants all lasers and laser/light combinations for 1 year from date of purchase. Within 1 year, we will either repair or replace a defective unit. Contact us to get instructions on how to effect a warranty repair/replacement. Proof of purchase must be shown at time of warranty request.

Even if you are out of warranty please contact us- we usually have something we can do to get you up and running again.

PLEASE NOTE: Warranty does not cover damage or modifications will void the warranty. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN OUR UNITS OR REPAIR THEM YOURSELF without contacting us first; there are very limited circumstances where anything inside the unit may be user repairable.
