Incredible little weapon light – I have one of there light only units and I wish I’d seen this light/laser combo first. Well now I have 2 nice weapon lights. The brightness of the light / strobe is blinding and at night the laser is good out to about 100ft or more. the light remembers the last light setting which my other one does not. Still very easy to reach to activate, even with smaller hands. Charging is quick and holds charge well ,even in storage, ( nightstand / safe ) and always works, period. I can’t say how well the laser holds zero but it is well made and very light weight .

Great product – I have my new HiLight on my 9mm and it fits perfect, it’s not bulky nor does it surpass the barrel. It literally has all the features needed in my handgun. Very nice light. Bought for S&W 9mm Shield EZ. – This unit is small and very light. Installed on my S&W 9mm Shield EZ in a matter of few minutes. The edge of lenz does not extend past the gun barrel – very nice. Green laser is bright and crisp. Strobe was one of the main reasons for me to buy this model. It provides 400lm which is extremely powerful. Checked on myself… perfect! Not great for an APX – I bought this with the intention of using it on my Beretta APX Full Size. Unfortunately, when I tried to install it, I could not get the laser to sight in, it wouldn’t work. It seems that it sits too far forward on my rail, so the beam was always way too far south. I adjusted it multiple times, but could never get it to line up with the onboard sights.I was going to send it back, but I decided to try it on my smaller, Springfield XD-S. It worked much better. So, rather than send it back, I’ll probably keep it for my Springfield. Now I’ll just need a new concealed carry holster that will accommodate the laser. Hope this helps.

Very nice for the price – Very good product. Flashlight is very bright as is the laser. Mounting system is a little awkward but once mounted it feels very sturdy. Dialing in the laser was the only downside, it uses a side and bottom screw to get it lined up with your sites. I screwed one of them in too far and the screw went inside the device. Had to take it apart to get it back out. It all worked in the end but it could be a better system for adjusting the laser.

Recommended – Installed on my GSG Firefly 22LR. Holds tightly in place on the picatinny rail. Buttons are on both sides and can be reached easily and conveniently without obstructing the trigger area. Nice bright green laser that doesn’t widen too much at a further distance. So far has kept sighted in after a few rounds.. can’t say how it would hold up with a higher powered firearm. Strobe is an interesting option and great to have it included, although it might disorient me almost as much as the individual on the receiving end, lol. Good value for the money.

Glad I bought it – This is a partial review, as I don’t have my rifle yet (thanks Covid-19). I’ll update when I have it mounted and have put it through the ringer, so to speak. Just fiddling with it out of the box, I’m extremely pleased. The green laser is highly visible. Pointing it out my window at objects 50 feet away (during an overcast day), I can make out the dot pretty well. Pointing it at something indoors, it’s impossible to miss. The light is very bright, and I can only imagine the strobe completely disorienting someone unfortunate enough to look at it (yeah….I pointed it at myself. My advice….don’t). I’ll add an update as to how well it remains zeroed after firing a couple hundred rounds….but at this point I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to others.

Larger than most trigger guards may cause holster issues. – Very good quality light is very bright with bright center and diffuse perimeter related reflector good for pistol use. Very bright green laser much better day visibility than red. Easy on and off if wish to place on for bedside and remove for EDC with your current holster. On my Walther PPQ M2 9MM it is lager than the trigger guard is tall. Light function is easy and convenient. Magnetic charger battery life to be seen. All in all a value.

The HiLight P5GL 400 lumen LED flashlight/green laser sight combo is a nice addition to my S&W 40VE. Quick and easy to install (less than 5 seconds). The green laser seems to be decent (not as strong as my last green laser/flashlight combo). But the 400 lumen LED flashlight is way better than that same flashlight/laser combo. The 400 lumen flashlight gives out ample amount of light which would give me plenty of sight at night and the strobe effect will definitely distract or blind the opposition in any home or self defense circumstances. It’s little and lite weight design adds little to no weight to my handgun… AND!! it’s supposed to be waterproof. I haven’t test it out to see how well the laser holds its sight after several rounds or if the flashlight have any defects after several rounds. If any defects I’ll be writing another review…. Other than that I’m SATISFIED with my product to this point.

Flashlight is super bright lens not so good – The flashlight function on this is super bright and easy to use as well as the laser, mounted it on a Walther CCP had fitment issues with the trigger guard that forced it to be mounted a little further forward than desirable. However the lens fell out at the range the first time it was fired and never found it so I have to drop the rating accordingly due to quality of construction.

Once sighted in it works great. – I bought this laser sight back in April. Because of the virus I haven’t sighted it in. Today I went to an outdoor range and, with the help of a friend, got it sighted in perfectly in about 10 to 15 minutes. Once sighted in, I fired numerous rounds and I was quite happy. Unfortunately, the lens for the light popped off and onto the ground. I picked it up, set it back in the lens holder and continued shooting. Lens popped off again so I stopped shooting. I called the company and they promptly offered to send me a new lens but I declined. The lens wasn’t broken so replacement was not the issue. The customer service rep I talked to said a while back a ‘bad batch’ of glue was used and a number of customers had my issue. He advised that I put a few dots of crazy glue and set the lens back in the holder. I could send the whole sight in for a repair but they would just glue it in so I’ll keep the sight and handle the gluing myself.The laser itself is so good I don’t want to send it back! My thoughts after sighting in: the lens is very lightweight and doesn’t cause any firing issues; I fired outdoors in daylight and it was a bit hard to pick up the green dot but in just a few minutes I had no trouble seeing the dot; used indoors, it would be a snap to see the dot; the first time I fired the gun the dot jumped (failed to hold the zero position) and I saw that I hadn’t securely tightened the sight so I tightened the screw and made sure it was secure; after sighting back in, the dot held a tight zero position for all of the remaining shots (about 25). This laser light is on my home defense Ruger American. I have high confidence that the rounds will go where the dot appears.I’d like to give it 5 stars but the minor fix for the lens dropped the review one star. I recommend this.

Nice combo – Installed on a Taurus G3C.Nice laser light combo.The laser is on the bottom making it hard to sight it’s position for the sweet spot with the iron sights. It’s basically angled up to whatever distance you choose and that’s all it will be good for. example: Too close the laser is too low..too far the laser is too high. At the sighted distance it’s perfect.It would be better to have the laser as close to the barrel as possible so the sweet spot is bigger for more distances. I took one star for this. Otherwise it’s a pretty solid combo.

Cool addition to my guns – I got 2 of these. One fits on my Taurus handgun and the other ony Ruger handgun. You will have to get a bigger holster to accommodate the larger tip. Bright flashlight and laser.
