Ordering Process

Simply choose right/left hand, Hilight model, and gun model.  We’ll review your selection after the order is placed to confirm fitment, and if no further communication is needed we’ll get the order made and shipped to you within 5 business days.  If we determine that there might be a fitment mismatch (such as a fullsize Hilight model on a subcompact), we’ll reach out before getting the holster process started.

If you placed an order for a Hilight product at the same time, your shipment will arrive in two packages.

Turnaround Time

Custom holsters are hand-made to order.  They will arrive in a separate package directly from JustHolsterIt but you’ll never wait more than 5 business days for your order.

Since each holster is made to order, returns are only possible in cases of Hilight/JustHolsterIt error.
